Feng Shui Crystals

Today seems a good day to become more sociable, since hibernation season has ended and the warmer days tempt us all to stir up the energy, poke our noses outdoors and get together more often with friends, old and new.

I’m placing a few crystals in a bowl which I will locate in the center of my home as a Feng Shui practice, with the intention of stirring up social vibes, ‘in my area’. I know that whatever I create and focus upon will draw unto itself more of the same by way of the Law of Attraction.

Physicists tell us that all things are made of vibrations, and stones vary according to their chemical makeup. So it makes sense that crystals and gemstones would also consist of various vibrations via their crystaline structure.
To collect all of the elements into one place, find a polished stone from each of the 5 Chinese elements; water, earth, wood, fire and metal and place them into a bowl of natural material.

Stones that correspond to Water are bluish, black, green or purple in color. A few water crystals are amethyst, aquamarine and beryl. Some Earth stones are agate, moss agate, tiger-eye, and jasper. A few that vibrate to Wood are petrified wood, jet, jade, and amber. Fiery crystals are rose quartz, fire opals, and red carnelian. Add a piece of silver laden Aventurine or any pure Metal to the bowl to round out the five basic elements.

Once you are more familiar with collecting and admiring semi-precious gemstones, you will come to your own conclusions about the various energies stones possess. Don’t feel that any one person’s recommendations are inviolate rules. Play and experiment with your environment!
Then, whenever you have a chance, sit down near these elements and play with them by running your hands through the bowl. Think about the fun you will have in social settings, experience those emotions in your body, then go grab the phone and get busy calling!
